I have had a passion for fitness since I was 10 years old. I was a gymnast and dancer most of my life. My passion for dance took me to the professional level as a Denver Broncos Cheerleader for 6 years including captain for 2 of those years and Pro Bowl Representative. I have a B.A. in Human Performance & Sport with a minor in Nutrition. I have been a Personal Trainer for 16 years, training my clients in their homes. Coaching them individually continues to bring so much joy and inspiration to my life. I’ve taught many group fitness classes including kickboxing, body pump, boot camps, circuit training, and cardio dance workouts. There are so many things I love about AKT! The energy and community is so positive! The 4 different classes provide an amazing balance of brain and body work. They are challenging, creative, thought through, and fun! When I’m teaching I enjoy pushing clients to the next level by helping them get a deeper connection to the muscles they are working.
