Emily
Emily grew up in Lake Arrowhead, CA and began dancing at the age of 3 at Lake Arrowhead Classical Ballet Company training in Jazz and Ballet. She graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a BA in Dance in 2017. After college, she found a passion for teaching dance and fitness. While dancing professionally in contemporary ballet with 7th Street Dance Company and teaching dance to children, she found AKT as a member! Emily struggled with injuries from several years of dancing, but after a couple months of classes at AKT, she felt stronger and better than ever before. Never has she felt more confident physically and mentally than now. In addition to the friendly community, positive energy, and the fun environment AKT provides, she hopes to continue to help others on their journey to a better and healthier life as an AKT Trainer!
