Rachel
Rachel is a Southern California native and considers both Temecula and Long Beach her hometowns. Her passion for sports and fitness began at a really young age. Growing up she was always involved in sports, playing soccer and softball from the age of 3, and then volleyball and water polo in High School. Following in her Dad’s footsteps, she rowed competitively for the Long Beach State Crew Team. After college, she was not ready to give up the team and group aspect of sports. She has now been in the group fitness industry for 5 years, teaching spin, rowing, and now AKT classes! Currently she is a forensic accountant and is a Coach at Row House as well. Rachel was also a lifeguard, earning her Title 22 Certification (Advanced First Aid), has taken the Group Fitness Certification through AFAA, and is currently working on obtaining her ISSA Personal Trainer Certification. She can’t wait to share her love of fitness and workout with everyone under the disco ball!
