We want working out to be comfortable for everyone. A new workout can be intimidating, but rest assured, we’re here to help guide you. Here are a few tips to get the most out of your AKT Experience.
Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your class start time so you get checked in, take a studio tour, and meet your trainer.
Grab a complimentary towel and fill up your bottle at our alkaline filtered water station. Place any personal belongings in our cubby area. Before class starts, step into The Factory and find an open station facing the mirror. Now this is where the magic happens!
Class starts with a warm up, followed by a full-body workout featuring our four Signature Class Types: BANDS, CIRCUIT, TONE, and DANCE.
Your first class will be challenging, but stick with it. You’ll get the hang of it after 3-4 classes. Over time clients will see that AKT raises your cardio-respiratory level, develops long lean muscles and changes the shape of your body. Not only will you be stronger, but you will also experience improved body awareness, posture and confidence!
