Group Fitness Classes For Every Body


AKT provides comprehensive workouts that integrate cardio intervals with strength and toning exercises, making them effective and suitable for all fitness levels. AKT is driven by positivity and the conviction that movement has a profound, enduring effect. Each class lasts 45 minutes.
