When we launched AKT Brier Creek, we initially provided 4 Signature Classes. Since that time, we have grown and included many more options in the schedule, with plans to keep expanding.

STRENGTH incorporates upper body, lower body, and core-focused exercises through timed intervals and rotating stations designed to keep you challenged and engaged. The class begins with BANDS, featuring cardio intervals, resistance training, and strength exercises that challenge both the upper and lower body using our signature bands and box. Midway through class, we transition into DANCE, where you’ll learn AKT Signature Moves and music-driven choreography designed to improve coordination, stamina, and confidence. This dynamic class blends strength, cardio, movement, and music into an energizing workout that leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and empowered.
