When we launched AKT Brier Creek, we initially provided 4 Signature Classes. Since that time, we have grown and included many more options in the schedule, with plans to keep expanding.

This dynamic class is crafted for a comprehensive workout emphasizing strength exercises divided into upper body, lower body, and core segments. STRENGTH is organized in a Boot Camp style with various stations that are timed and rotated during the session.

This comprehensive class promotes the development of lean muscle mass by integrating plyometric full-body power kickboxing exercises with cardio, strength and rhythm-based movements in timed intervals, all while enhancing confidence and instilling a sense of purpose.

BARRE classes concentrate on strengthening and enhancing flexibility in the lower body and core, targeting areas from the ankles through the calves, knees, thighs, glutes, and abdominals. This workout method draws inspiration from ballet, yoga, and Pilates.

BANDS + DANCE combines our two signature classes into an exciting and energetic 45-minute session! The class begins with BANDS, featuring alternating cardio intervals that utilize our unique bands and box, along with strength exercises targeting both the upper and lower body. Midway through, we shift to DANCE, starting with learning and practicing our AKT Signature Moves, followed by choreography. After breaking down part of our current dance routine, you'll have the chance to perform, unwind, and enjoy a full-on party beneath our mirror ball!

Pilates offers a dynamic, low-impact, full-body exercise that intensely focuses on your core while testing your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Through precise movements, you will shape lean muscles, enhance posture, and improve your athletic performance. This effective practice develops functional strength and enhances mobility.
