Our INTRO TO AKT Class is a great place to start as it breaks down and combines key components of our four signature classes: DANCE, BANDS, TONE, and CIRCUIT in a 45-minute session.

Intro to AKT Class

If you’re a first-timer, our Intro to AKT Class is specifically designed for first-timers to walk you through the dance technique, our choreography, and give you the opportunity to ask questions. This is a great place to start discovering all of the benefits of dance inspired fitness classes.
