Meet Jen! Jen fell in love with dancing at the young age of 3 and began her professional performance career in 2017. When not dancing, you could always catch her at the gym lifting weights or working on some cardio! After performing with Princess Cruise Line, she decided to transition into a fitness career with AKT. With a BS in Applied Kinesiology and Health, Jen is extremely passionate about health and wellness and loves helping others better their lives. You can always catch her with a smile and in conversation with just about anyone! Let’s sweat it out, get stronger, and support one another!
