Christina has been a dancer her entire life. She grew up in the Midwest, and started dance at the age of 3. She has trained in ballet, tap, jazz, modern and hip hop. Her passion for group fitness grew out of that love of movement, and after graduating college, she decided to pursue teaching. Christina has taught numerous fitness classes, including Piloxing, Back It Up Dance, HIIT Bootcamp, and a variety of strength conditioning. She moved to the PNW in April 2021 with her husband and 3 kiddos, and is a stay at home mom to Stella, Harrison and Penelope. She has now added AKT to her repertoire, and can’t wait to sweat under the disco ball with you!
